The.partnership has developed from the European Network for Mental Health entitled ENTER Mental Health, established in 2000.

ENTER Mental Health is organised as a "Centre of Excellence where the partners are either experienced professional researchers in highly pertinent areas central to the main trust of the aims and objectives of the network, or have resonsibility for community and in-patient psychiatric service delivery.
​
All partners of the CAMILLE project have clinical, specialist or research interest background required to make valuable contributions to the project. Six of the members of ENTER have worked together to develop this consortium together with two new partners to complete the areas of expertise.
